1. Who We Are

Reznyk Sourcing LLC ("we," "us" or "our") is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. We are responsible for the personal information we collect and use for our own business purposes, including through https://reznyksourcing.com (the "Website"). Where applicable data-protection law uses the term, we act as a data controller for that processing.

For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected]. Our contact address appears in Section 13.

2. What This Policy Covers

This Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with Website visits, business inquiries, quotations, orders, shipping, payments and after-sales communications. Our business supplies industrial equipment, spare parts and consumables to commercial customers.

Personal information means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. Business contact information, IP addresses and online identifiers can be personal information; information does not become anonymous merely because it relates to a business.

This Policy describes our practices. It is not a request to waive privacy rights or consent to every processing activity described below. Our Terms of Service and sales agreements do not override applicable mandatory privacy rights.

3. Information We Collect and Its Sources

  • Contact and business information: names, company names, professional roles, business email addresses, telephone numbers and business or delivery addresses, where provided or needed for an inquiry or order.
  • Inquiries and correspondence: messages submitted through the contact form or email, quotation requests, drawings, specifications, attachments and records of our communications. Technical documents may contain personal information such as names, signatures or contact details.
  • Order and transaction information: purchase and invoice records, billing and delivery details, payment references or confirmations, shipment information, warranty claims and supporting documents relevant to the transaction.
  • Technical and usage information: information associated with Website requests and use, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, pages viewed, referral information, timestamps, language preferences and cookie or similar identifiers, depending on the service and settings involved.

We receive information directly from you when you visit the Website, submit a request or communicate with us. Relevant information may also come from your employer or colleagues, authorized representatives, business partners, public professional or company sources, and providers involved in an order or payment.

The Website does not provide a card-payment checkout. Please provide only personal information relevant to the request or transaction and avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in messages or attachments. If you provide another person's information, you must be entitled to share it for the relevant purpose.

4. Why We Use Information and Our Legal Bases

We use personal information to respond to requests, prepare quotations, agree specifications, administer orders and payments, arrange production and delivery, handle after-sales issues, maintain business records, operate and secure the Website, and understand Website use.

Where a law such as the GDPR requires a legal basis, the basis depends on the purpose and the individual's relationship with us:

  • Contract or requested pre-contractual steps: processing necessary to enter into or perform a contract with the individual concerned. When an individual represents a corporate customer, our handling of that representative's details generally relies instead on legitimate interests.
  • Legitimate interests: communicating with business representatives, managing customer and supplier relationships, protecting systems, preventing fraud, and establishing or defending legal claims, where those interests are not overridden by the individual's rights and interests.
  • Legal obligations: processing required by applicable accounting, tax, customs, trade-compliance or other legal requirements.
  • Consent: optional cookies, analytics, communications or other activities where consent is required by applicable law. Where we rely on consent, it may be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Relevant business communications are subject to applicable marketing and electronic-communications rules. Submitting an inquiry does not by itself constitute consent to unrelated marketing. You may ask us to stop marketing communications at any time.

5. Providers and Other Recipients

We disclose personal information where needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to the following providers or categories of recipients:

  • Carrd and hosting infrastructure providers: Website hosting, operation, security and delivery of contact-form submissions.
  • Microsoft Outlook: receiving, managing and sending business email and related attachments.
  • Google Analytics 4: Website measurement and reporting, as explained in Section 6.
  • GTranslate and the translation services it uses: providing Website language and translation features, as explained in Section 6.
  • Manufacturers, inspection providers and logistics partners: information needed to assess specifications, fulfill orders, inspect goods, arrange shipment or handle a product issue. We limit disclosure of personal and confidential project information to what is needed for the relevant work.
  • Banks and payment providers, including Payoneer where used for an order: information needed to receive, verify or administer payments and meet applicable compliance requirements.
  • Professional advisers and authorities: information needed for accounting, legal advice, compliance, lawful requests, fraud prevention or the protection of legal rights.

Where required, providers processing personal information on our behalf must act under appropriate contractual instructions and confidentiality obligations. Some recipients, such as banks, payment providers or authorities, may also process information for their own legal responsibilities.

Provider privacy notices: Carrd, Microsoft, Google and GTranslate. We remain responsible for our own processing.

6. Cookies, Analytics and Translation

Cookies and browser storage can support Website functions, remember preferences and measure usage. The Website includes Google Analytics 4 and a GTranslate language widget. Your analytics choice is stored in browser local storage for 180 days. You can accept or reject optional analytics and change your choice at any time using Cookie settings.

Google Analytics 4: Google processes information about Website interactions and the browser or device, using cookies or similar identifiers according to the configuration involved. We use analytics reports to understand traffic and improve the Website. Google states that Google Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses, although IP addresses are processed when providing the service.

Translation: the GTranslate widget loads resources from third-party servers. Providing translations can involve processing connection information, page content and language preferences by the translation services involved. Language features may use cookies or similar storage to remember a requested language.

Where applicable law requires prior consent for optional cookies or analytics, that processing requires valid prior consent. Acknowledging this Policy, continuing to browse, or submitting an inquiry does not by itself provide consent to all optional tracking.

You may block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. These tools provide additional controls; they do not replace any consent choice required by applicable law. Disabling storage may affect language preferences or other Website functions.

Browser controls are device- and browser-specific. Removing cookies does not automatically delete existing server-side records. Contact us to request assistance with those records.

7. Providing Information and Business Communications

Providing information is generally voluntary. However, we may be unable to answer an inquiry, prepare a quotation, fulfill an order or meet a legal requirement without the relevant contact, technical, delivery or transaction details. We explain transaction-specific requirements when they arise.

To stop marketing communications, use any unsubscribe method provided or email [email protected]. Necessary communications about an active inquiry, order, payment or legal matter may continue. We may retain a minimal suppression record to respect an opt-out request.

8. International Processing and Transfers

Our company is registered in the United States. Information may be processed by us, service providers and order-fulfillment partners in the United States, China and other locations where the relevant providers or partners operate. Privacy protections can differ between jurisdictions.

International disclosures are subject to applicable transfer restrictions. Where a transfer requires a specific legal mechanism, it must be covered by an applicable adequacy decision, appropriate contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer ground.

You may contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to a particular transfer and, where the law provides this right, a copy or explanation of the relevant safeguards.

9. How Long Information Is Kept

Retention depends on the purpose and type of record. For inquiries, we consider whether the request remains active, follow-up is reasonably expected or the information is needed for an ongoing business relationship.

Transaction records are kept as needed for contract performance, warranties, accounting, tax, customs and relevant legal-claim periods. A legal obligation or dispute may require longer retention.

Analytics and browser-storage retention depends on the data type, provider and settings. Cookie expiration does not necessarily determine the retention of related server-side records.

Information is deleted or anonymized once no longer needed, subject to legal retention requirements and holds. Contact us for the retention criteria applicable to a particular record.

10. Security and Confidentiality

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect personal information and limit access to people and providers who need it for their work. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Customer drawings, specifications and project information are also handled in accordance with our confidentiality commitments and any applicable separate agreement. These commitments do not prevent necessary disclosures described in this Policy or disclosures required by law.

11. Your Rights and Requests

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to obtain information about processing, access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, obtain portable data, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Some laws also provide opt-out rights concerning targeted advertising or certain disclosures of personal information.

You may object to the use of your personal information for direct marketing at any time. Privacy rights can be subject to lawful exceptions, including obligations to retain transaction records or information needed for legal claims.

Send requests to [email protected], preferably with the subject "Privacy Request." We may request proportionate information needed to verify identity or authority and locate the relevant records. We respond within the period required by applicable law. Where the GDPR applies, we respond within one month and notify you within that period if a lawful extension is needed.

You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority where applicable law provides that right. Our Website Terms do not remove that right. We do not use Website analytics to make solely automated decisions about acceptance of your orders.

12. Children, External Links and Changes

The Website is intended for business users and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information unnecessarily, contact us so that we can review and address it.

External websites have their own privacy practices. This Policy does not govern those websites.

We may update this Policy as our services, providers, practices or legal requirements change. The updated date identifies the latest revision. We provide additional notice or request consent for changes where required by law.

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 24, 2026

1. Company and Scope

This website, https://reznyksourcing.com (the "Website"), is operated by Reznyk Sourcing LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Wyoming, United States ("Reznyk Sourcing," "we," "us" or "our").

We supply industrial equipment, spare parts, tooling and consumables to business customers. We source from manufacturers in China and coordinate procurement, production where required, pre-shipment checks and international shipping.

These Terms govern use of the Website and the submission of business inquiries. The Website is intended for commercial and professional use, rather than personal or household purchases. Please read these Terms before using the Website. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue use.

Individual sales are governed by the separate sales agreement, accepted order documents and any other commercial terms expressly agreed by both parties. Those documents control the relevant order if they conflict with these Terms. These Terms do not amend an existing sales agreement or accepted order.

2. Business Inquiries and Order Formation

The Website provides information about our business and a channel for requesting quotations. Website content is not, by itself, a binding offer to supply particular goods.

Submitting a contact form or request for quotation, or receiving an automated acknowledgment, does not by itself create a sales contract or confirm acceptance of an order. An order becomes binding through the written acceptance process specified in the commercial documents agreed by both parties. Electronic signatures and written electronic acceptance may be used where the parties agree.

If you contact us on behalf of a business, you must be authorized to submit the inquiry and share the information provided. Purchase-order terms proposed by a customer must be expressly agreed as part of the order; submitting a purchase order does not by itself establish our acceptance of those terms.

3. Products, Specifications and Customer Information

Supply options include standard products, compatible replacement parts and custom components made to customer drawings or specifications. Availability and production feasibility are assessed for each request.

Please provide accurate product descriptions, part references, equipment models, quantities, technical requirements, delivery details and intended-use information relevant to your order. Any required materials, tolerances, tests, certificates or inspection standards should be identified before the order is agreed.

Any proposed alternative or compatible replacement is identified in the quotation. The product specification, compatibility requirements and acceptance criteria are agreed in the order documents. General Website descriptions and illustrative images do not replace those specifications.

References to third-party brands, equipment models or part numbers identify products or compatibility requirements. Such references do not by themselves indicate that Reznyk Sourcing is an authorized distributor of, or affiliated with, the relevant brand owner.

4. Quotations, Prices and Payment

Each quotation identifies the proposed goods, quantities, price, payment schedule, lead time and delivery terms. Its validity period and any conditions are stated in the quotation. Prices and payments are in U.S. dollars, with payment by international bank transfer (SWIFT), as specified in the agreed order documents.

Our standard pricing is based on a 30% advance payment and a 70% balance before shipment. The following payment options and corresponding discounts are available:

AdvanceBalanceDiscount
30%70%Standard price
50%50%0.5%
70%30%0.7%
100%None1.1%

Discounts apply to the total order price quoted under standard 30/70 terms. Payment percentages are calculated from the final, discounted total. Your selected payment schedule, payment due dates and final price are confirmed in the quotation and order documents.

Any remaining balance is payable after we confirm that the goods are ready for dispatch and provide the pre-shipment report and packing list. Goods are released for shipment only after full payment has been received in cleared funds, unless a different arrangement has been expressly agreed in writing.

Use the payment instructions provided on our invoice and in the order documents. Any change to payment details must be verified through the verification procedure stated in those documents. An email or message requesting different bank details is not, on its own, sufficient verification.

Any bank charges, intermediary charges or additional agreed costs are allocated in the order documents. Website updates do not retrospectively change the price or payment terms of an accepted order.

5. Lead Times and Pre-Shipment Checks

Lead times depend on the product, quantity and whether manufacturing is required. The agreed lead time begins once the required payment, final technical approvals and documents needed to start the order have been received, as specified in the order documents.

Before dispatch, we arrange checks against the agreed acceptance criteria. These cover quantity, visible condition, packaging, markings and dimensions where specified. A pre-shipment report with photographs and/or video is provided.

Functional testing, particular certificates and independent third-party inspections must be specified and agreed for the order. Their scope, reporting requirements and costs are confirmed in the commercial documents. A pre-shipment check is not a representation that every possible test or certification has been completed.

Changes to specifications, quantities or delivery requirements must be agreed in writing and may affect price and timing. We notify customers of material delays that become known to us and coordinate the next steps. Any contractual remedies for delay are governed by the agreed sales terms and applicable law.

6. Shipping, Customs and Country of Origin

Shipping arrangements are agreed for each order. The commercial documents specify the applicable Incoterms® 2020 rule and named place, together with the freight, insurance, customs clearance, duty, tax and other charges included in the price.

Delivery to a customer's premises with import clearance and duties included is subject to confirmation for the particular product and destination. It must be expressly included in the agreed order terms.

Responsibility for transport, insurance, export and import formalities, unloading and related costs follows the agreed delivery terms and applicable law. Transfer of risk is determined by the agreed Incoterms® rule and sales agreement. Transfer of ownership is addressed separately in the sales agreement.

Country of origin is stated accurately in the relevant commercial and shipping documents. Customers must provide the consignee, importer and other information required for lawful shipment and clearance, where applicable to the agreed delivery arrangement.

7. Warranty, Claims, Returns and Cancellation

Product warranties, acceptance procedures, claim deadlines and available remedies are specified in the sales agreement and order documents. These Website Terms do not replace or reduce the rights and obligations established by those documents or by applicable mandatory law.

If there is a problem after delivery, contact us with the order reference, a description of the issue and supporting photographs, videos or inspection results. We review the claim and arrange the applicable remedy under the agreed terms. Normal wear of consumables and wear parts is excluded from warranty coverage.

Contact us before returning goods so that the return procedure can be confirmed. Cancellation, changes, returns and refunds are handled under the agreed sales terms and applicable law. Costs arising from work already undertaken or non-cancellable commitments are addressed in those sales terms; these Website Terms do not establish an automatic forfeiture of payments.

8. Customer Documents and Confidentiality

You retain your rights in the drawings, specifications and other materials you provide. You must have the right to share those materials with us and authorize their use for assessing and fulfilling your request or order.

We treat non-public drawings, specifications and project information as confidential. We use them to assess and fulfill your request, sharing them with the manufacturers and other partners involved only as needed and subject to confidentiality.

Confidential information may also be disclosed where required by law or to professional advisers subject to appropriate confidentiality duties. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is lawfully public or independently obtained without a confidentiality restriction.

Submitting materials does not transfer ownership of them to us or grant a right to use them for unrelated purposes. Where a separate confidentiality or sales agreement applies, its provisions govern the information within its scope.

9. Website Content and Permitted Use

Website text, branding, images, design and other materials are protected by intellectual property rights held by Reznyk Sourcing or their respective owners. You may view the Website and retain reasonable copies for internal business evaluation, preparing an inquiry or keeping records of your dealings with us.

You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, sell or commercially exploit protected Website content without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

You must not use the Website for unlawful activity, submit fraudulent or misleading inquiries, impersonate another person or business, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Website's security or operation.

10. Privacy, Cookies and External Services

Our Privacy Policy describes the collection and use of personal information and the Website's use of cookies and related technologies. These Terms do not substitute for any notice, consent or other requirement imposed by applicable privacy or electronic communications law.

The Website may contain links to external websites or services. Those services are operated by their respective providers and may have separate terms and privacy policies. Linking to an external service does not by itself constitute an endorsement.

This section does not relieve Reznyk Sourcing of its own obligations under an agreed order or applicable law.

11. Website Availability and Liability

We take reasonable care in preparing Website content, but information may become outdated or contain errors. Please confirm product-specific information, availability, prices and delivery requirements through the quotation process.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided on an "as available" basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be interrupted or restricted for maintenance, security or misuse.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or interruption of the Website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. These Website disclaimers do not limit our confidentiality obligations or replace the product warranties, remedies and liability provisions of a separate sales agreement.

12. Trade Compliance

Orders are subject to applicable export, import, sanctions and other trade-control requirements. We may request information about the purchasing business, end user, intended use and destination where needed to assess or fulfill an order lawfully.

We cannot accept or fulfill an order where doing so would be unlawful. Any suspension, cancellation or refund arising from a trade restriction is handled under the applicable sales agreement and law. Responsibility for permits, licenses and clearances follows applicable law and the agreed order terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory law that applies.

For a concern relating to the Website, please contact us first so that we can seek a resolution. To the extent permitted by applicable law, courts of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating solely to use of the Website.

Disputes concerning a sale or supply agreement remain governed by the governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions of that agreement. These Website Terms do not replace an arbitration or other dispute-resolution arrangement agreed for an order.

14. Updates, Language and General Provisions

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Revisions apply prospectively and, where acceptance is required by law, only following valid acceptance. They do not amend an existing sales agreement or accepted order without the agreement required by its terms.

The English version is the controlling version of these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Translations are provided for convenience.

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or obligation that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
